She wakes up in a strange room and witnesses a terrible crime. If she reports what she saw, she risks jeopardising her marriage. If she doesn’t report what she has seen, another family may be destroyed.
This book pulled me in with the very first line. Three powerful, truthful words, which set the tone for the unfolding story perfectly. I enjoyed reading this book, even though it made me anxious and uncomfortable. I look forward to what Kylie has in store for us next.
